A small format rectangular Pont l’Eveque, this is a washed rind cheese made from cow’s milk. When young, the rind is a bloomed white and the cheese is nutty with a creamy soft texture. As it ages the cheese’s scent becomes stronger and the paste tastes more of mushrooms.
