Bruno Paillard Champagne Premier Cuvee Extra Brut NV. 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Menieure. 50% of the final wine from library of over 25 different vintages. 36 months on lies. Expansively fruit forward for an extra brut. 2017 Danciing Crow Vineyards Sauv Blanc. Petrol on the nose due to the volcanic soils in Napa where it is grown. Very tart with strong minerality and no trace of citrus. Coming to Somm soon.
